So to recap, i think it would go . 

Sanji would wind up either meeting Smoker and Tashigi or he would wind up meeting Vegapunk

Sanji and Kizaru would get together, and Vegapunk would ensure him, at last uncovering his actual alliance with the Revolutionary Army

Sanji framing a group with Smoker and Tashigi is likewise a major plausibility… and him conveying them along to Wano
